By accessing or using our website and application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the application.
1. Platform Access

RRS is exclusively available to healthcare institutions under contract and their authorized users. Unauthorized individuals cannot create accounts or access the platform.
1.2 Account Management
Access to RRS is managed by the hospital's administrative team. Users cannot create, modify, or delete accounts independently. Account-related changes must be made through hospital administrators or our support team.
2. Use of Data
2.1 Data Collection and Use
The RRS platform collects user and patient data strictly for operational purposes, including enhancing patient care, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. For detailed information on data use, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
2.2 Patient Data
Patient data remain the property of the hospital. RRS only processes patient information as required to fulfill its contractual obligations to the healthcare institution.
3. Privacy and Security
3.1 Privacy Protection
RRS complies with applicable data privacy laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant healthcare regulations. Data collected through the platform is handled as per the standards outlined in our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Security Measures
We implement robust security protocols, including data encryption (AES-256 and TLS), access control based on user roles, and periodic security audits to safeguard all collected data.
4. No Medical Advice
The RRS platform provides real-time alerts and AI-driven insights to support clinical decision-making but does not replace professional medical advice. Final clinical decisions rest solely with qualified healthcare providers.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the RRS platform, including its content, design, and software, are owned by InnoHealth. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any platform elements without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
RRS and InnoHealth are not responsible for clinical outcomes arising from the use or misuse of the platform. While the platform is designed to support early intervention and patient care, results may vary depending on adoption, patient demographics, and hospital protocols.
7. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be communicated to hospital administrators and posted within the platform. Continued use of RRS after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InnoHealth operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
